This project involved the redevelopment of the site into a single generating unit with a nominal rated capacity of 60 MW output. The upgrade included several key components:

• Road Realignment: Realignment of a county road to accommodate the new infrastructure.
• New Construction: Building a new intake, powerhouse, and penstock.
• Turbine and Generator Installation: Installation of a 60 MW turbine and generator, along with transformers, breakers, and switchgear.
• New Trailrace: Construction of a new trailrace for efficient water discharge.
• Sedimentation Basin: Development of a sedimentation basin to manage drainage of the spoils area during construction.
