The project entailed the construction management of a 660,000-square-foot corporate headquarters on a 14.5-acre site, situated on the southern end of a mixed-use development in Crocker Park. The headquarters includes a five-story structural steel base building and approximately 600,000 square feet of custom interior build-out, featuring executive offices, retail spaces, and full accommodations to support a staff of over 800 employees.

Wells Webster’s team of engineers delivered a high-end finish, including a unique interior courtyard structure, a sophisticated curtain wall system, and a pedestrian bridge connecting the headquarters to an adjacent parking structure.
