The University of Missouri – Columbia undertook a project to construct three new residence halls, renovate the existing Defoe and Graham residence halls, and build a connector structure between the two.

Wells Webster provided civil engineering services for this design-build project, which was executed in four phases to meet an aggressive timeline. Our responsibilities included designing stormwater management systems for the site, providing sanitary and domestic water services for each building, installing fire suppression lines, and overseeing site grading, along with temporary erosion and sediment control systems.
