Wells Webster provided Design-Build services for the conversion of an 11-story office building into a residential complex in the heart of downtown Chicago. This project transformed the existing structure into 32 high-end residential apartments, along with three amenity rooms. The conversion included the installation of new wall and ceiling layouts, upgraded wall finishes, custom millwork, MEPFP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) systems, and the addition of balconies and terraces to enhance the living spaces.
