Description

A new two-story, 64,000-square-foot Research Support Building (RSB) will serve as a central hub at NASA Glenn Research Center (GRC) in Cleveland, Ohio. The building is strategically located adjacent to the main artery of Lewis Field, featuring rectilinear massing with airy volumes of glass and corrugated metal. This design optimizes program adjacency and fosters creative interactions, incorporating indoor and outdoor public green spaces.

The facility will accommodate approximately 164 employees and includes various workspaces, such as dedicated and fluid work areas, open office spaces, private offices, conference rooms, training rooms, and collaborative engineering rooms. Additionally, it will house a cafeteria with supporting kitchen and dining areas, providing a comprehensive environment for research and collaboration.
